Mikalia M. Kott is a seasoned trial attorney with nearly two decades of experience representing injured individuals in complex civil litigation. She has recovered millions of dollars for clients in cases involving personal injury, sexual abuse, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical and products liability, maritime injuries, employment discrimination, and other high‑stakes disputes. Known for her meticulous preparation and persuasive advocacy, Mikalia has litigated against major corporations in state and federal courts nationwide, managed large-scale discovery involving sensitive medical and scientific evidence, and successfully argued dispositive motions, writs, and appeals.
